Use SkyVTU systems responsibly.

1. Prohibited activity

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing activity.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorised surveillance, exploitation or attacks.
• Testing systems without documented authorisation.
• Uploading unnecessary secrets, regulated data or another person's data without authority.
• Interfering with availability, access controls, rate limits, logging or security.
• Using AI or automation to impersonate, discriminate unlawfully, manipulate or cause foreseeable harm.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide lawful instructions, licences, content and access; maintain authorised users and strong credentials; review outputs and automated decisions before use; and promptly report suspected abuse or compromise.

3. Enforcement

SkyVTU may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict access, suspend affected features or terminate material abuse using proportionate measures and notice where reasonably possible and lawful.
