Fair cancellation and refund terms.

1. General principle

SkyVTU charges for reserved capacity, completed work, delivered milestones and authorised third-party costs. We do not use a blanket no-refund rule. Where a service is not supplied, a defective service is not reasonably corrected, or law requires a remedy, we provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.

2. Before work starts

A client may cancel in writing before scheduled work begins. Amounts paid will normally be refunded after deducting disclosed payment-processing charges, authorised third-party costs and a reasonable charge for documented onboarding or reservation work already completed.

3. After work starts

The client remains responsible for completed milestones and work reasonably performed up to the effective cancellation date. SkyVTU will calculate any unearned balance after authorised costs and lawful set-offs. Work already delivered, accepted or used is not treated as unperformed.

4. SkyVTU delay or non-delivery

If SkyVTU cannot deliver a remaining service, the client may choose a reasonable revised plan or a refund of the unperformed portion. We should first receive a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct a material defect unless law requires another immediate remedy.

5. Separately recoverable costs

• Disclosed domain, hosting, software, API, licence, advertising and other third-party charges already incurred.
• Completed discovery, consultation, design, engineering, testing or deployment milestones.
• Delivered custom assets or source materials.
• Taxes or payment-provider fees that cannot be recovered where lawful and disclosed.

6. Requests

Email hello@skyvtuworld.com with the project reference, amount, reason and supporting information. We normally acknowledge and review within 7 business days and initiate approved refunds within 10 business days, although payment providers may take additional time.
