Terms for using SkyVTU World.
These terms govern skyvtuworld.com, its public content and enquiry facilities. Signed client terms take priority for paid services.
1. About SkyVTU
The website is operated by Sky VTU World Enterprises, trading as SkyVTU World. We design web platforms, mobile applications, AI systems, automation, APIs, infrastructure and custom software.
2. Acceptance
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
3. Website information
Public information describes our general capabilities and is not a binding offer, guarantee, technical specification or professional advice. A project becomes binding only through an accepted proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement or other written confirmation.
4. Enquiries, uploads and communication
- Provide accurate and lawful information.
- Upload only files you own or may lawfully share.
- Do not upload malware, unrelated secrets, unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
- Email and Studio records may be retained to respond, quote, contract, deliver, secure and document an engagement.
5. Intellectual property
The website, brand, designs, text, software and media are owned by or licensed to SkyVTU. You may view and share public links for ordinary business evaluation. Client-project ownership is governed by the signed client agreement.
6. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service, impersonate another person, submit deceptive requests, infringe rights or use the website unlawfully.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
