How SkyVTU handles personal data.

1. Controller

Sky VTU World Enterprises, trading as SkyVTU World, controls the website and direct business records. Privacy requests may be sent to hello@skyvtuworld.com.

2. Information we collect

• Name, email, phone, company and role.
• Project information, budgets, requirements and CKEditor content.
• Files submitted through contact forms, email or Studio conversations.
• Email content and metadata, including message IDs, references, timestamps and IMAP-imported attachments.
• Proposals, quotations, invoices, contracts, signatures and payment status.
• Staff account, audit-log, IP, browser, session, CSRF and security-event data.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to enquiries and take steps before a contract.
• To perform contracts and deliver projects.
• To secure services, prevent abuse and maintain reliable business records based on legitimate interests.
• To meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal duties.
• With consent where a specific optional activity requires it.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We may use vetted hosting, email, storage, payment, analytics, professional-adviser and project-delivery providers. Access is limited to what is necessary. Where processing occurs outside Nigeria, we assess the transfer and use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Active project, contract, invoice and security records are retained for the engagement and any longer period reasonably required for support, disputes, accountability, tax or legal duties.

6. Security

We use access controls, staff-only document routes, protected file storage, authentication, validation, audit logs, transport security and backups appropriate to the system. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

8. Children, AI and changes

The business website is not directed to children. Human staff remain responsible for material contracting decisions if AI-assisted triage or summarisation is introduced. We will publish material changes with a revised effective date.
