SafetyCodx is a client business platform built around safety, compliance and operational workflows. The system moves processes that would otherwise depend on disconnected paperwork, manual administration and separate records into a structured digital environment.

The project demonstrates software engineering around actual organisational processes rather than a demonstration application. Its architecture is designed around persistent business records, workflows and administrative control.

CHALLENGE

Safety and compliance processes can involve many interconnected activities, including assessments, records, administrative decisions, operational follow-up and reporting.

When these processes are handled through documents or disconnected tools, information can become difficult to track and operational workflows become harder to manage consistently.

SOLUTION

SafetyCodx centralises these workflows within a Django-powered business application. Server-side business logic, database models and interactive interfaces provide a consistent environment for managing operational records and safety/compliance activities.

The system is structured so that workflows and business rules can evolve as the client's operational requirements develop.

OUTCOME

SafetyCodx is a live and ongoing client platform supporting real business operations.

Development continues as requirements and workflows evolve. Public portfolio material should remain limited to non-sensitive functionality and client-approved information.
