Skydev AI is a personal research and software-engineering project focused on market intelligence, algorithmic trading research and machine learning. The platform brings market data, trading configuration, research logic, automated processing and model experimentation into one system.

The project is being built as a research-first environment rather than a product that promises trading profits. It provides the infrastructure needed to study market behaviour, process real market data, test ideas and collect evidence that can later support better models and automated decision systems.

CHALLENGE

Trading research usually involves multiple disconnected systems: market feeds, broker platforms, historical candles, technical calculations, trading configuration, background workers and machine-learning experiments.

Another challenge is data quality. Machine-learning models can produce misleading results when trained on too little real outcome data, so the system needs to distinguish between having enough evidence to train a model and simply having data available.

SOLUTION

I designed Skydev AI as a modular backend platform using Django with background processing for market-data and research workloads. MetaTrader 5 integration provides access to trading and market information, while Celery and Redis support asynchronous processing.

The system includes market-data handling, trading configuration, research and signal workflows, stale-data detection and model experimentation. Machine-learning workflows are designed to use collected real outcomes rather than inventing training evidence.

OUTCOME

Skydev AI is currently an active research and development platform. Its current value is the engineering foundation it provides for structured market research, automated data processing, strategy experimentation and future machine-learning evaluation.

The project remains research-first, and no profitability, win-rate or investment-performance claims are made.
